CREATING CONNECTIONS
Working together, we can ensure communities are ready for any disaster. Throughout the year, the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services and Listos California hold regional convenings and summits across the state for community-based organizations interested in deepening community relationships, building an understanding of the emergency response system, and finding community assets and connectivity points that can enhance local response and recovery effort.
These trainings bring together trusted messengers from across the state to share success stories, share access to emerging resources and gather critical feedback from communities to incorporate into campaign design and strategy for the year to come. We know we can build a more resilient California through our partnership to build intentional and inclusive outreach and education.
